He has been conducting hazardous building materials surveys for more than 25 years.  Mr. Hubbard’s experience in the environmental industry includes 6 years supervising large and small scale asbestos and lead abatement projects and 25 years in the environmental consulting field performing asbestos, lead and mold inspections in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations. 

Mr. Hubbard also owned and managed a NVLAP / AIHA accredited asbestos laboratory performing independent third party hazardous materials air monitoring and inspections for many clients throughout Alaska, and in Oregon.

Mr. Hubbard has been responsible for hazardous material design projects including initial surveys, specifications, and contract drawings for various clients including school districts, universities, and commercial clients.
