Lead Project Manager, Board of Directors

John has experience drafting and executing infrastructure design and drawings.

Mr. Lamont prepares technical drawings, creates, and modifies facility plans and drawings, performs quality assurance/peer reviews of plans and drawings as well as works closely with our consultants and clients to provide information and resolve problems to ensure that project details are accounted for and integrated into drawings and specifications.  Mr. Lamont performs technical research, analyzes complex CAD operations, evaluates alternatives, and recommends or adopts effective courses of action.

As a Building Inspector, Mr. Lamont also conducts hazardous material surveys and prepares inspection reports. He also provides hazards abetment drawings and specifications, quantities for hazmat removal, construction and bid documents, construction administration and close-out services. He participates in pre-bid and pre-construction meetings. He performs lead inspections as a Heuresis XRF Operator, allowing him to go on-site and assess buildings for lead-based paint with immediate results.
